FAQ

Which are check-in and check-out time limits?

Check-in is guaranteed from 3:00 pm, whereas check-out is due by 12:00 pm (mid-day).
You can leave your luggage before the check-in time.

How long does it take from the airport to the hotel by car?

It takes about 20 minutes by car.
It costs about 7,000 won to use a taxi.
Parking is available on the first floor and underground of the hotel.
If the hotel parking is full inside, you can park in the parking area near the hotel.

Is Wi-Fi Internet access available? Is it free?

Free wifi is available in the room

What time is the breakfast time at Latif Restaurant? And what kind of food is served?

Breakfast is from 7:00a.m. to 10:00a.m. and you can enter by 9:30am at least.
It’s served in a buffet style

When is the outdoor swimming pool on the third floor open?

The outdoor swimming pool is only open during the summer season.
The opening hours are from 3:00p.m. to 10:00p.m.
Operating hours may be changed due to weather and external influences.

What is the difference between a standard room and a Superior room?

The standard room is a city view and the Superior (Deluxe) room is a sea view room
Both rooms are the same size

Is early check-in or late check-out possible?

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to room conditions and additional charges can be paid over time

How do I clean (maintenance) the rooms inside the hotel?
  • For customers who wish to have their rooms serviced: Press the “Make Up Room” button on the hotel room interior regulator. If the sign is on, we will proceed with the room maintenance.

 

  • For customers who do not want room maintenance: Press the “Do Not Disturb” button on the hotel room interior regulator. If the sign is on, do not proceed with the room maintenance.

Baggage storage service is available at the front desk before check-in or after check-out.

A tourist map around the hotel

We provide tourist maps around the hotel to foreign guests staying at the hotel.
You can pick it up at the front desk on the first floor of the hotel, and there are two versions in English and Chinese.
